Drinkers at The Feathers pub will have their first beer paid for by Howden Insurance during the match on Friday, June 20.
The side will face off against Argentina at The Aviva Stadium in Dublin ahead of jetting off on their tour to Australia.
Wooden Spoon – the children’s charity partner of rugby and the charity partner of The British and Irish Lions Trust – is hosting a watch party at the pub, offering fans the opportunity to watch the game with a half-time curry and post-match entertainment for £25 – alongside their first pint being on the house.
“It is great to partner with Howden, not just in support of The British and Irish Lions but also with our combined commitment to helping raise charitable finds to benefit disadvantaged children across the country,” said Vince Hopkins, chair of Wooden Spoon Worcestershire.

“It’s a great opportunity for us to support grassroots rugby and celebrate the legacy of the game – not just through watch parties, but by recognising the incredible work of charities like Wooden Spoon, who use the power of rugby to change lives.”
As the principal partner of The British and Irish Lions, Howden Insurance is working with local rugby clubs, running community boot exchanges and honouring Lions origin clubs who will be recognised with commemorative plaques.
They are also running a number of giveaways and competitions on social media.
