The Recovery College, which is part of Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, will be running the course at the Everitt Room in Lowestoft Library on June 17, from 10.30am to 1pm.
This in-person course offers an introduction to the concept of assertiveness, aiming to help individuals improve their mental well-being.
Suitable for people at any stage of their mental health recovery journey, the course is also open to friends, carers, and supporters.

The session explores why developing an assertive communication style can be challenging, the different communication styles, and methods to enhance skills.
