COMMUTERS are being warned of disruption on a Glasgow train line.

ScotRail announced it was aware of an object caught on the overhead lines between Priesthill & Darnley and Nitshill shortly before 3pm on Friday.

Due to this, services travelling to Glasgow Central and Barrhead from this area are subject to alteration and cancellation.

A ScotRail spokesperson said: “Due to an object on the overheads between Priesthill & Darnley and Nitshill, local Glasgow Central/Barrhead services will be subject to alteration and cancellation at this time.”
