Kingsley Healthcare Group, based in Lowestoft and operating care homes across the UK, received the honour in the large group category at the Health Investor Awards 2025, held in London on June 10.

The company was commended for its ongoing investment in care environments, digital technology, and workforce development.

Significant upgrades to existing homes and the commissioning of four new facilities – including King’s Court and Eversley Lodge in Norfolk – were completed within just 14 months.

Judges also praised Kingsley’s work in launching its training academy and expanding into specialist learning disability services.

Kingsley Healthcare employs more than 3,000 people and holds the highest staff satisfaction ratings in its sector on Glassdoor and Indeed.

The group was also named the UK’s number one work wellbeing employer in 2023.
