Manor Solomon was a star for Leeds United this season, aiding in the push for promotion to the Premier League.

The winger spent the season on loan at Elland Road from Tottenham and had plenty to contribute across 39 Championship appearances.

Most notably, his goal against Plymouth in the 91st minute on the final day of the season secured the Championship title for Leeds, allowing them to go up as champions.

As a result, it comes as no surprise that Daniel Farke is extremely keen on making his deal permanent this summer.

Given how well his loan spell went, supporters in West Yorkshire fell in love with Solomon this season.

The 25-year-old certainly threw himself into life as a Leeds man with plenty of goal contributions throughout the season to keep his side constantly battling at the top of the table.

Solomon showed his importance for Leeds this season.

Although Leeds are keen to strike a permanent deal, the future at Tottenham is unclear with Thomas Frank having just been appointed to replace Ange Postecoglou in north London.

Nevertheless, with the Whites now being a Premier League team themselves, it will give them a massive boost when it comes to the possibility of securing a deal for their man.

Solomon has continued to add to the speculation that he could be ready for a return to Elland Road, too.

This comes after the winger shared a video on Instagram of his wedding day, which included a feature of his goal against Plymouth, as well as a Leeds shirt being worn by one of his guests.

Leeds must keep pushing for Solomon transfer

With all of the change at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, it comes as no surprise that things are moving slowly when it comes to a decision on Solomon’s future.

However, Farke knows exactly what his addition will give to his side next season, and he should be prepared to keep pushing for a deal to be done with Spurs.

Staying in the top flight next term will be no easy task for the West Yorkshire outfit, and the boss certainly needs his strongest squad available to boost his efforts.

Solomon proved what he can do, and playing with many of the same players, that relationship in the final third will only grow.

It seems he has fallen in love with Leeds as much as they have with him, and therefore, a deal could satisfy all parties this summer.
