Meghan Markle has carefully cultivated her image and brand, but every once in awhile, she gives her fans a glimpse of some more casual moments with husband Prince Harry.
And perhaps that’s never been more true than in a recent video the Duchess of Sussex posted on Instagram as part of a series of posts celebrating daughter Lilibet’s fourth birthday.
The hilarious video shows Meghan and Harry clearly in a hospital delivery room. The caption reads, “Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work – there was only one thing left to do! 😂”
Prince Harry turns on some music and both begin to dance, with Prince Harry grooving through the video from side-to-side from time to time and Meghan dancing behind him. Meghan mouths the words to the song, including, “Baby Mama’s got a vicious hump, been pregnant too long..”
Series of Posts Celebrates Meghan & Harry’s Daughter Lilibet
The disco-ing Duke and Duchess video is just one of three posts Meghan made to celebrate the couple’s youngest child, Lilibet, who turned four-years-old on June 4.
Another shows a black and white picture of Prince Harry holding a newborn Lilibet, with the caption, “The sweetest bond to watch unfold 💕
Daddy’s little girl and favorite adventurer
Happy birthday Lili!”
The second picture in that post shows Harry and Lilibet running barefoot along a sandy path among palm trees.
A third post shows Meghan cuddling Lilibet, shielding her face from the camera as the pair seem to sit on the beach. In the caption, Meghan writes, “Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago today she came into our lives – and each day is brighter and better because of it. Thanks to all of those sending love and celebrating her special day!”

Prince Harry and Meghan Absent from Annual ‘Trooping of Color’
For the third year in a row, Prince Harry and his family were absent from the traditional British “Trooping of Color” to celebrate the monarch’s birthday.
Prince William and Princess Catherine put up a family picture from the day on their Instagram account, writing, “Another brilliant day at Trooping the Colour for His Majesty’s Birthday Parade. Thank you to everybody who came, and to all those who took part.”
The Royal Family Instagram account also posted a video of the day, but made no mention of Harry and Meghan’s absence. The caption reads, “👏 A huge thank you to our Military personnel for a truly triumphant Trooping today!
Over 1,000 soldiers, around 200 horses and approximately 300 musicians came together in a display of Military precision, horsemanship and fanfare to mark The King’s official birthday.
And what a great way to conclude the celebrations, with a flypast from our friends @RAFRedArrows flying for the first time with a mix of sustainable aviation fuel ✈️🇬🇧”
King Charles rode in a carriage alongside wife Queen Camilla, as he did last year. He has not ridden in the parade on horseback since 2023, as he continues to fight an unspecified type of cancer. Prince William, Prince Edward and Princess Anne all rode on horseback in the parade.
