A brilliant day for Leeds United as a collective saw Daniel Farke’s side re-open a five-point gap between themselves and Sheffield United, who have dropped into third after three straight losses.

Goals from Manor Solomon and Jayden Bogle got the job done for Leeds at Elland Road though in truth, The Whites should have scored four or five – with Joel Piroe missing some guilt-edged chances for Leeds.

Meanwhile, Chris Wilder lost the plot down at Plymouth as the rock-bottom Championship side came from behind to beat Sheffield United. Wilder started a full-time scrap in the Home Park tunnel at full-time.

In Wilder’s words, Sheffield United have “let it slip” when discussing the automatic promotion race. With four games to go, the Blades sit five points behind Burnley and Leeds in the race to finish in the top two.

The Belgian has come under the microscope of late. Daniel Farke has questioned Ramazani publicly, before Farke celebrated with Ramazani at Middlesbrough. But Ramazani was unused against Preston.

A third consecutive match in which the £10m signing from Almeria has been left on the bench with Isaac Schmidt preferred as a substitute. A fifth time in Leeds’ last nine games, prompting a post from Ramazani.

In the Bible, ‘Romans 8:18′ reads: “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us,” suggesting Ramazani’s pain is worth Leeds’ glory.

Where does Largie Ramazani’s future lie ahead of summer?

If Ramazani is only able to warm the bench in the Championship, what are the chances of the pocket-sized star breaking into the Leeds side when Farke’s men confirm their place in the Premier League?

Leeds are expecting to sign Solomon permanently if promoted, while Willy Gnonto and Dan James will remain at Elland Road if promoted. Even with Solomon signed, Leeds may look to add a new winger.

Ramazani does have interest from Spanish side Deportivo La Coruna ahead of the summer window and it might be that Leeds sanction a loan exit if promoted. Failure to go up, and Ramazani has a future.
