Police have released new photos of a woman murdered in 1967 – as her alleged killer prepares to go on trial.
The trial of Ryland Headley, 92, who is accused of the rape and murder of Louisa Dunne, is due to start at Bristol Crown Court today.
Ahead of the hearing, new images of Louisa, known as Louise, have been released.

They show Louisa in Weymouth in 1927, with a cloche hat in the 1920s, in Clevedon in 1933, another in 1919 and further image of an unknown date.

She was found dead in her home in Britannia Road, Easton, Bristol, by a neighbour on Wednesday 28 June, 1967.
The cause of her death was determined to be strangulation and asphyxiation. She had also been raped.

Headley, a 92-year-old man from the Ipswich area of Suffolk was arrested by officers from Avon and Somerset Police on suspicion of murder and rape nearly 60 years after the discovery.

A jury is expected to be signed in on Monday ahead of a trial lasting three weeks.
