A man has been rushed to hospital with a serious injury following a fight in the street in Oldham.
Officers were called out to reports of a group of men fighting on Market Street, in Shaw, at around 8.25pm on Sunday night (June 15).
Greater Manchester Police says the man was taken to hospital after officers found him with a serious slash injury, which is not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
An investigation has been launched and three men have been arrested on suspicion of affray offences.
They remain in custody for questioning this afternoon, GMP says.
A cordon was in place on nearby Durden Mews this morning, while a footpath between Market Street and Durden Mews was also taped off.

Enquiries are ongoing and witnesses, or anyone with relevant video footage and information, are being urged to come forward.
Detective Inspector Roberto Dicorato, from GMP’s Oldham district, said: “We are still investigating the full circumstances of last night’s incident and have already made a number of arrests.
“As this work continues, we are appealing for anyone with information to please come forward.
