Jake Paul has revealed exactly how much weight he’s got to cut ahead of his next fight.

The YouTuber-turned-boxer tipped the scales at a career-high 227lbs when he stepped up to heavyweight to face former undisputed world champion Mike Tyson last November.

Jake Paul moved back down to the cruiserweight division after outpointing Tyson over eight rounds.

It’s there he’ll meet ex-WBC middleweight titleholder Julio Cesar Chavez Jr on June 28.

On Sunday, Paul shared a picture of his breakfast, which was a bit on the small side, on social media.

The 28-year-old ate one piece of toast and some scrambled eggs 13 days before his big fight.

Paul added a caption that explained his tiny meal was prepared with weight cutting in mind.

The former Disney star needs to lose 13lbs before June 27 to ensure his fight with Chavez Jr goes ahead as planned.

“Cutting weight breakfast,” Paul wrote alongside a crying laughing emoji on his Instagram story.

He added: “13 days out. 13 more lbs.”

Justin Gaethje heaps praise on Jake Paul

Paul has rubbed many MMA fighters the wrong way since entering the combat sports world in 2020.

Since then, he’s picked up wins over several faded UFC legends, including Anderson Silva and Nate Diaz.

However, Justin Gaethje recently praised Paul, branding him a ‘genius’ ahead of his next boxing bout.

“I mean, Jake Paul is a genius,” the UFC lightweight contender said on The Makeshift Podcast.

“What he did is so f—— awesome. Because nobody owns him, nothing owns him.

“And he didn’t have to go through the double A, the whole circuit.”

“But I don’t think it’s going to (stay) a mainstream thing,”

“Paul’s doing it less and less. Because they lose a lot of money, whoever’s paying for it.”
