Leeds United are already active in the summer transfer window, and more signings could soon arrive at Elland Road.
Lukas Nmecha has been confirmed as the first signing as the Whites return to the top-flight, but more need to follow.
Leeds need to strengthen in several different positions, and are already making moves to reinforce their defence as they prepare for the step up.
With Junior Firpo headed for the exit door, replacements are being targeted, and MOT Leeds News rounds up all the latest news coming out of Elland Road, as the club’s summer begins to gather pace.

Firpo is closing in on a return to Real Betis, and while this is a blow for Leeds, they have now pulled ahead of the Spanish side for an alternative target.
Leeds are interested in Aston Villa defender Alex Moreno, who was also linked with a return to Betis, but it is now reported that with Manuel Pellegrini’s side closing in on Firpo, the Whites are the clear favourites to sign Moreno.
Moreno would add a lot of top-flight experience to the Leeds defence, and would be a low-cost replacement for Firpo if he arrives.

Sam Greenwood is likely to depart Leeds this summer as he continues to fall down the pecking order, and he could end up at another promoted side.
Greenwood has been spotted training near his hometown of Sunderland, while it is reported that the Black Cats are keen on signing the striker this summer.
The 23-year-old did previously appear in the Premier League for Leeds, but will be allowed to leave this summer in search of first-team football.
Leeds are on the verge of making a very impressive signing in Udinese defender Jaka Bijol, and an agreement has now been reached.
The centre-back is set to move to Elland Road as a £17million transfer fee has been agreed between the two clubs.

Leeds are now reportedly interested in a move for Celtic star Cameron Carter-Vickers, and the club’s owners could play a huge part.
49ers Enterprises recently completed a takeover of Rangers, and their interest in Carter-Vickers may have two motives, in both strengthening Leeds and weakening Celtic in one move.
Celtic fans will be furious if such a move materialises as a result, but it remains to be seen whether a move materialises, given Leeds’ other options at centre-back.
