Bristol Airport is getting four new easyJet routes for winter city breaks – and they’re on sale now. They will take passengers direct to Munich, Verona, Vienna and Zurich.
easyJet says the new destinations are being added to meet demand from customers in the South West. Fares start from £26.99, with holiday packages also available to Munich, Vienna and Zurich.
Flights from Bristol to Zurich, Switzerland’s largest city, will start on October 29 and will operate on Wednesdays and Sundays.
From November 21, easyJet flights from Bristol to Vienna will operate on Mondays and Fridays.
The airline says it will enable passengers ‘to make the most of the festive buzz of the city’s famous Christmas markets’.

Another new winter route from Bristol to Munich, the capital of Bavaria known for its city squares, will start on November 26 and operate on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
And from December 6 a new route from Bristol to Verona in Northern Italy will start operating on Saturdays, with a second on Wednesdays to support demand during the Christmas period.
The beautiful medieval old town is famous for being the setting of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet.
Ali Gayward, easyJet’s UK Country manager, said: “We’re delighted to be announcing a great range of new winter routes and even more city break packages today, with 22 new services now available from 12 UK airports including four routes from our Bristol base.
“We’ll be providing greater direct connectivity for our customers in the Southwest this winter and offering great value for money, always aiming to make travel easy.”
Rupert Lawrie, commercial director at Bristol Airport said: “This is great news for our customers who will be able to enjoy an even wider range of Christmas markets, skiing destinations and some gorgeous city breaks, all while flying from their local airport.”
