A man’s body has been found in Stockport today (Wednesday, June 18).

Police were called to School Hills, Cheadle, at around 10:45am following reports of the discovery this morning.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, and Greater Manchester Police has said there are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances.

A spokesperson for GMP said: “At around 10:45am today, we were called to reports of a body of a man found at Schools Hill, Cheadle.

“Emergency services attended and sadly, the man was declared deceased. There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.”
