Hollywood royalty comes to Norwich
The Prince of Wales has been joined by Hollywood star and Earthshot Prize Council Member, Cate Blanchett, for a visit to Earthshot Prize Finalist Colorifix, a UK based company which creates sustainable dye for clothing.
The pair have donned lab coats and goggles as they’re given a tour of each stage of the dye process across various laboratories.

They will see how Colorifix identify the DNA code that produces the pigment through to how the dye liquid is attached to the fabric, before hearing about how the Colorifix process saves water, energy, and carbon emissions at every step.
Since its inception in 2016, Colorifix has partnered with a number of high-profile fashion brands including H&M, Pangaia and Vollebak. The company is now active across three sites in Europe and India, with a total team of 85 people, and is expanding to several new factories this year.
