Marcus Rashford has admitted that he “hopes” to play with Lamine Yamal, fuelling further speculation over a Barcelona transfer.
The La Liga giants are reportedly Rashford’s dream destination as he prepares to leave Manchester United permanently this summer.
The 27-year-old is currently training in Spain and, in an interview with xBuyer, expressed his admiration for Yamal.
He said: “Yeah, for sure. Everybody in the world wants to play with the best, you know, so hopefully we’ll see.
“What Lamine is doing at his age isn’t normal. It’s difficult to put it into words because he’s not supposed to be doing such things at 16 to 17. He’s going to keep improving.”
