Friendly Festival gears up for big beats bold beer and backing War Child

Sleaford Mods are set to headline Bristol’s Friendly Festival 2025 – and it’s the only chance UK fans will get to see the post-punk duo live this year.

The one-day music extravaganza, in aid of War Child, will take place on Saturday, May 10, hosted by award-winning Lost and Grounded Brewers at their Whitby Road brewery in Bristol.

Organised in collaboration with Friendly Records, the event promises a line-up of post-punk, indie and rock ‘n’ roll heavyweights, including The 45s, Katy J Pearson and Zalizo, with more special guests yet to be announced.

Friendly Records co-owners Tom Friend and Scott Hendy said: “We are so pleased to be able to join forces with our friends Lost and Grounded to put on what will be a brilliant day of music and more with the aim, as always, to raise as much money as we can for the brilliant charity War Child, as unfortunately, they need our help more than ever with their important work. We’re so excited about this line up, with Sleaford Mods closing the day with what will be their only UK live show this year!”

Alongside live performances, the festival will feature sets from guest DJs, street food vendors, and beer poured fresh from the source. Full details of traders and additional acts will be announced in the coming weeks.

Tickets are priced at £55 plus a booking fee, with all net profits being donated to War Child, which supports children affected by conflict by helping to protect, educate and uphold their rights.

More details and ticket information can be found at Lost and Grounded Brewers and Friendly Records.
