Investigation uncovers truth of remains found in Bromley Heath

Emergency service vehicles were called to Bromley Heath at the weekend after mysterious remains were found at a park in the area.

Police officers were at the scene just before 6pm on Sunday, June 22, where animal remains were found.

A witness told BristolLive a boy had found “bones”, which were later confirmed to belong to an animal.

Photos taken at the scene by a local resident show police vehicles parked on a road nearby while officers investigated the discovery.

A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police confirmed to BristolLive “someone found what turned out to be animal remains.”
