A collision between a car and a pedestrian on Fishponds Road on Wednesday (June 25) night lead to a temporary road closure.
Emergency services arrived at the scene and the pedestrian was taken to hospital. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson told Bristol Live: “At 10.57pm we were called by the ambulance service to a collision between a car and a pedestrian on Fishponds Road.
“Officers attended and closed the road to allow emergency services to respond and for the car to be recovered.
“It has since been reopened.
“The pedestrian was taken to hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.”
The police are asking anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have dashcam footage to call 101 and quote the reference number 5225178194.
