Home and Away spoilers follow for Australian-paced episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

A fan-favourite character from Home and Away will be left to die amid the dramatic storyline involving the River Boys.

The criminal gang have been influencing Summer Bay recently, with Theo Poulos the latest character to come into their crosshairs following his fling with Lacey Miller, the girlfriend of River Boys kingpin Gage Reynolds.

After spotting Theo and Lacey sharing a kiss, Gage is out for revenge. In scenes that air this week in Australia and in June in the UK, tensions reach the forefront as the criminal ambushes a shocked Theo at the garage.

With vengeance the order of the day, Gage and his fellow gang members take great pleasure in toying with Theo as they strap him underneath a hydraulic lift. As the drama escalates, Gage lowers the car, with Lacey watching on.

Seeing Theo in a helpless state, Lacey texts Sonny for support, with the character racing to the garage to save the day. Just as he arrives, the full weight of the car is brought down onto Theo, whose breath gets fainter by the second – is Sonny too late to save Theo?…

“Theo doesn’t realise the danger he’s in until it’s too late,” said Matt Evans, who has played Theo since 2021, of the dramatic scenes (via TV Week). “Gage certainly has a trick up his sleeve Theo isn’t prepared for.”

“Lacey never wants to look like she needs to be protected but she definitely feels the danger of Gage finding out. Theo screams as loudly as he can,
but it could be too late,” added the star, whose character has recently been involved in illegal street racing.

While Theo is facing the wrath of Gage and the River Boys, Harper Matheson will also find herself in a dramatic situation as she goes into labour, with only creepy newcomer Eliza Sherwood nearby to help – is Eliza a friend or a foe?…

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5, with repeat screenings at 6pm on 5STAR and first-look screenings at 6.30pm on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in the UK.

In Australia, the show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 and streams on 7Plus.
