An urgent search has been launched to find a schoolboy who was reported as missing in Wigan on Thursday (June 26).
Jax, whose surname was not disclosed by police, was last seen at 7.30am in Leigh, on Hendon Street. The 12-year-old is thought to be wearing his school uniform.
An urgent appeal has been launched by Greater Manchester Police, along with a picture of Jax in a desperate search to find him.

He is described as a white male, around 5ft tall, of a small build and with dark hair which is longer on the top. He was last seen in his school uniform and also wearing a Montirex jacket, GMP said.
Officers want to make sure he is safe and well and are becoming ‘increasingly concerned’ about his welfare.
