Piers Morgan’s brutal honesty backfired during a pre-fight interview with Jake Paul.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer is set to face Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. on June 28 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California
Jake Paul‘s toughest test to date comes after he made over $30 million for a win over 58-year-old Mike Tyson in November.
Piers Morgan angered Logan Paul‘s little brother by claiming he wouldn’t have lasted more than 10 seconds if he fought Mike Tyson during his undisputed heavyweight champion prime.

Paul refused to rule himself out against the best version of boxing’s most feared knockout artist.
The 28-year-old got personal with shots at Morgan’s weight as their interview got very heated.
“You don’t actually know that,” Paul said. “You can’t sit there and say that.
“I think anything is possible. That’s why self-belief is the most powerful thing in the world.
“You don’t think I can be a Mike Tyson?” I don’t think you go to the gym.
“You versus going to the gym, you’re still a fat-a–“
Morgan fired back by boldly predicting Paul’s career will crumble when he faces a true challenge.
“I think you’re a great YouTuber, a great influencer,” he said.
“I admire what you try to do boxing, but I do think when you actually come up against a proper, serious boxer, and I suspect that Julio Cesar Chavez Jr may be that person, it could all come crashing down.”
Paul responded: “I think the problem here, Piers, is that you think that your opinion matters.
“I’m just taking your audience to sell pay-per-views. I don’t give a f— about your show, dumb a–.
“This is a f—ing business enterprise. Buy the pay-per-view on Saturday, June 28, me versus Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Thank you, tune in everybody.”
Paul then hung up the call, which was a move that prompted laughter from Morgan.
“Cheers, Jake, really enjoyed that,” Morgan signed off.
“And good luck to Julio. Knock him out for all of us, will you?”
