JD Gyms are the latest edition to the options gym goers have to choose from, following their take over of the Lifestyle Fitness unit, Located on Currock Road, Carlisle.
The gym has been outfitted with modern equipment, including custom built racks for barbells and an improved free weight section.

“Premium treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, and rowing machines from top-tier fitness brands to elevate cardio workouts.
“Specialist lifting platforms with adjustable safety racks and plenty of top-quality barbells and plates. Ideal for working on squats or deadlifts, with mirrors and great lighting.

Carlisle is also the first of three gyms recently acquired from Lifestyle Fitness to open, with the other locations in Ballymena and Middlesbrough scheduled to open later this summer.
