New figures show Bristol’s most popular areas among homebuyers.

The latest data from the ONS has revealed the neighbourhoods in the city with the highest number of property sales, with Bedminster topping the least at 196 sales in the year ending to September 2024.

It was followed by Redfield (166) and Bishopston (156).

In comparison, the Bristol areas with the lowest number of property sales were Highridge (31) and Withywood (31).

And now figures collected by Online Marketing Surgery and Spray Vue show what neighbourhoods in Bristol were the least and most popular based on property sales:
