A man was found with a suspected serious head injury in a Midlands street in the early hours.
The victim was found by paramedics at 6am today (June 29).
He was taken to hospital in a stable condition.

Staffordshire Police say the man was assaulted.
Officers have launched an appeal for information following the incident in Church Street, Stoke.
A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: “We are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a man was assaulted in the street in Stoke-on-Trent earlier today.
“We were called by colleagues from West Midlands Ambulance Service at 6am on Sunday (29 June) to Church Street in Stoke-on-Trent following reports of an injured man in the street.
“A man was taken to hospital by ambulance with a suspected serious head injury.
“He is in a stable condition in hospital.
“Officers are conducting inquiries locally and remain at the scene while an investigation is underway.
“Anyone who saw what happened or who may have relevant CCTV or dashcam footage should contact us on 101 quoting incident number 201 of 29 June.
