COPS are probing a sinister firebomb attack on a beauty salon – the latest in a spate of blaze attacks in Scotland’s biggest city.
Beauty by Nirvana was targeted on Monday morning when petrol was poured over the front of the premises before it was set alight.

Fire crews raced to the scene in Netherlee, Glasgow and extinguished the fire before police took over the investigation.
Detectives are treating the attack as deliberate but it’s understood there is nothing at this stage to suggest a link to the gangland war currently raging elsewhere in Glasgow.
The shop was closed for repairs to the frontage and roof but is expected to reopen this week.
In a statement posted on their Facebook page, the salon – that offers hair, make-up and nail treatments – said they were shattered by the incident.
It read: “We are all shocked and frankly quite devastated, however, we have been very lucky that a passer by phoned 999 and the Castlemilk Fire Station reacted quickly and we are very grateful to them for this.
“Due to this there has been minimal damage and you know us, we will work round the clock to be open again in time for another busy week.
“All appointments are able to go ahead and we will keep everyone up to date on any changes to this.
“We are blessed to have the best team around us and the best clients.
“We appreciate every single one of you and the support you give us to live out our little dream. The comeback is always bigger than the setback. Lots love, Victoria & Holly xx.”
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.50am on Monday, 14 April, officers received a report of a fire at a premises on Clarkston Road, Netherlee.
