Florida Stallions Simplification, Verifying Shuttling To Argentina For 2025 Southern Hemisphere Season originally appeared on Paulick Report.

Simplification and Verifying, both young residents of Pleasant Acres Stallions in Florida, will shuttle to different farms in Argentina for the 2025 Southern Hemisphere breeding season, BloodHorse reports.

Simplification, a Grade 2-winning son of Not This Time who finished fourth in the 2022 Kentucky Derby, will stand at Haras Carampangue near San Antonio de Areco. He completed his first Northern Hemisphere season this year, standing for an advertised fee of $6,500.

A winner in three of 16 starts, Simplification made his presence known on the Kentucky Derby trail with a victory in the Grade 2 Fountain of Youth Stakes, to go along with a runner-up effort in the G3 Holy Bull Stakes and a third in the G1 Florida Derby.

Simplification is out of the stakes-placed Candy Ride mare Simply Confection, whose runners also include the Grade 3-placed stakes winner Chi Chi. Champion Ashado and Grade 1 winner Sunriver can be found in his extended family.

Among the stallions Simplification will be joining on the Haras Carampangue roster that might be familiar to North American observers are Ivar, winner of the G1 Shadwell Turf Mile Stakes at Keeneland, and G1 Hollywood Derby winner Seek Again.

Verifying, a Grade 3-winning son of Justify and half-brother to champion Midnight Bisou, will ship to Haras Abolengo near Capitán Sarmiento for his second season in Argentina.

He qualified for the 2023 Kentucky Derby with runner-up finishes in the G1 Champagne Stakes and G1 Blue Grass Stakes, and he got over the graded stakes hump that summer when he won the G3 Indiana Derby. That effort was followed by a second in the G1 H. Allen Jerkens Memorial Stakes.

Verifying is out of the Grade 3-winning Repent mare Diva Delite, whose foals include the champion and eight-figure earner Midnight Bisou, along with Grade 3-placed stakes winner Stage Left. He just completed his second season at stud, standing for $10,000.

Familiar names on the Haras Abolengo roster include Grade 1 winner Treasure Beach, Irish Group 3 winner and U.S. Grade 1-placed Long Island Sound, G2 UAE Derby winner Daddy Long Legs, and Grade 3-placed stakes winner Pneumatic.
