A woman whose husband died following ambulance delays has said she hopes no other family will have to wonder “what if”, after a coroner ruled it was a key factor in his death.
On Wednesday, coroner Anne-Louise Toal told the inquest of Christos Mexas she is to write to health bosses over the increasing number of inquests where ambulances failed to reach patients in time to save their lives.
