Gogglebox star Amy Tapper has showcased her incredible transformation after losing three dress sizes in just 12 months

Gogglebox sensation Amy Tapper looked stunning in a floral dress at a family wedding, revealing her impressive weight loss after dropping three dress sizes within a year. The 25-year-old shared a striking before-and-after photo on Instagram, sporting the same style of dress in a different pattern, and captioned it: “What a difference a year can make! Same dress, different print and three sizes smaller.”
Amy’s journey to slim down has been extraordinary, and this April, she excitedly declared that she had lost an incredible six stone. In an emotional Instagram video, Amy expressed her amazement, saying: “Wow wow wow six stone down. I cannot believe it – I am so proud of myself.”
She praised her personal trainer for their role in her transformation, acknowledging them for more than just fitness advice but also for being a pillar of support.
She said: “You are not only my personal trainer but truly a friend and more like a therapist – I couldn’t do any of this without you and your ongoing support, thank you for everything,”.

Having gained popularity on Gogglebox alongside her family from 2013 until she left the show in 2018, Amy has been candid about her weight loss journey, frequently sharing videos of her workouts, which include lifting weights, boxing, and gym routines, to motivate her fans, reports the Daily Star.
Amy proudly displayed her remarkable weight loss journey earlier this year by sharing a mirror selfie whilst wearing a baggy jumper from 2022. Beaming with confidence, she wrote: “Officially five stone down and I couldn’t be happier.
“Never thought I’d be able to reach this milestone so I think I can say I’m proud of myself. Thank you for being by my side throughout it all @tashelite.fitness (swipe for our reaction today).”

Amy’s incredible transformation kicked off in early 2022, when she set herself the ambitious target of losing 3.5stone. The results were nothing short of spectacular, as she managed to trim an astonishing 33cm from her waistline in merely five weeks.
The reality star has been refreshingly candid about the struggles she encountered along the way, revealing how years of cruel online trolling during her Gogglebox stint drove her towards damaging crash diets that ultimately proved futile.
Amy credits her latest triumph to embracing sustainable lifestyle modifications instead of seeking miracle solutions. She has also opened up about childhood insecurities regarding her weight, despite not experiencing direct bullying.
Having joined Gogglebox aged just 13 alongside her family – mum Nikki, dad Jonathan, and brother Josh – Amy has now discovered confidence and strength through her wellness transformation.
