A man has been arrested and charged following a violent disturbance in Broxburn that left three men in hospital in the early hours of Friday morning.
Police were called to a property on McCann Avenue around 1.15am on Friday, July 4, after receiving reports of an incident.
Emergency services rushed to the scene and three men—aged 18, 25 and 28—were taken to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary for treatment.
The 28-year-old man was later arrested and has now been charged in connection with the incident. He is expected to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court on Monday, July 7.
Police confirmed that a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
No further details about the nature of the disturbance or the extent of the men’s injuries have been released at this stage. Officers say enquiries into the incident are ongoing.

A Police Scotland statement said: “Around 1.15am on Friday, 4 July, 2025, we received a report of a disturbance at a property on McCann Avenue, Broxburn.
“Emergency services attended and three men, aged 18, 25 and 28 were taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary for treatment. “The 28-year-old man was subsequently arrested and charged in connection with the incident. He is due to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court on Monday, 7 July 2025. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
