A car was driven into the side of a house before being set alight in south Belfast.
The front of the property suffered major damage in the incident at Erinvale Avenue shortly before midnight.
No-one was inside at the time.
Police have appealed for information and said they are treating the incident as arson.

Detective Sergeant McVeagh, said: “At around 11.55pm on Friday July 4, it was reported that a car was on fire in a driveway of a property in the Erinvale Avenue area of south Belfast.
“Officers attended, alongside colleagues from the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service, who extinguished the blaze.
“Our investigation is underway and it is believed that the car had been driven into the front of the house, before it had been set alight.
“The front of the house had significant damage following this and the car was completely burnt out. We are treating this report as arson.
“No one was in the property at the time.
“I appeal to anyone who may be able to assist with their investigation or has CCTV, dash-cam or mobile phone footage, to contact us on 101, quoting reference 1732 04/07/25.
“We are especially keen to hear from anyone who had noticed any suspicious activity or anything out of the ordinary in the Erinvale Avenue area.”
The NI Fire and Rescue Service said three fire appliances – two from Cagodan and one from Springfield – attended the scene and extinguished the blaze.
