The areas of Birmingham which experienced the biggest fluctuations in house prices over the last 12 months have been named.
Properties in some areas surged in value, while in others thousands of pounds were wiped from asking prices in a mixed year for homeowners.
Prices suffered the biggest drop in the city centre and Digbeth.

But outside of this in more traditional residential areas, it was Castle Vale which saw the biggest fall in average prices, down 11.7% on the previous year, to £171,980.
The data was based on house sales over the previous year.
Other areas where values dwindled included Four Oaks, Hall Green and Kings Norton, with the full postcode list below.
At the other end of the scale, values surged in Winson Green, Kitts Green, Shard End and Washwood Heath.

Winson Green prices jumped by 9.2% to £186,836.
Meanwhile, the cheapest area to live is Aston where average house prices are around three times lower than the priciest, Four Oaks in Sutton Coldfield.
Average property prices in Aston are just below £160,000, while at the other end of the scale a typical house will set you back £460,000 in Four Oaks.
