Trinity Manor Care Home in Sherborne was recognised in the inaugural Lottie Awards, which celebrate care homes demonstrating “exceptional commitment to residents, families and staff.”
Lottie, an online care finder, assessed thousands of UK care homes against important criteria for families, such as CQC ratings, enquiry response times, digital presence, team wellbeing and resident feedback.
After the assessment, Trinity Manor was placed in the top 100 out of more than 14,000 care homes across the UK.
