The community is invited to join Palace Press Curator Keri Miki-Lani Schroeder for an artist talk and tour of the Palace Press at New Mexico History Museum in Santa Fe.
What: Keri Miki-Lani Schroeder is an award-winning book artist and the new curator of the Palace Press. This hybrid artist talk, and Press tour will include an introduction of Schroeder’s artist books and fine press projects followed by a presentation about the new evolving plans for the Palace Press.
Guests will be able to view limited-edition books and prints and take a tour of the historical letterpress printing showroom and Gustave Baumann Studio. Schroeder is also the proprietor of Coyote Bones Press, and her limited-edition books are held in many prominent collections, including The Library of Congress, The British Library, Stanford, Harvard, Princeton, and the National Museum of Women in the Arts.
