A man has died in unexplained circumstances at Edinburgh City Chambers.
Police Scotland said emergency services responded on Monday to a report of an unresponsive person inside the building’s customer support hub.
A man was pronounced dead at the scene, with the death being treated as ‘unexplained’, however they said the death was ‘not believed to be suspicious’.

Emergency services were first informed of the incident at 9.10am on Monday.
Edinburgh Council’s website is encouraging residents to use the city’s other customer support offices, which you can find details of here, or access council services online where possible.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.10am on Monday, 7 July, we received a report of an unresponsive person at a premises on High Street, Edinburgh.
“Emergency services attended and a man was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The death is being treated as unexplained but not believed to be suspicious and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
