Naughty Dog's Neil Druckmann Has an Intergalactic LEGO Set, And You Could Too 1Image: 2Bricks

Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet is practically guaranteed to be one of the PS5’s signature games – it’s a new intellectual property from Naughty Dog, after all, and the California-based studio rarely ever has a miss.

It’s feasible, then, that heroine Jordan A. Mun’s futuristic Porsche spaceship could one day be immortalised in some sort of LEGO set – but you don’t have to wait that long.

Series creator Neil Druckmann didn’t, as he contacted LEGO creator 2Bricks the moment he heard word of build documents for the 984 Tempest NDX, which is the official name of the aforementioned vessel in the game.

The brick brainiac ended up hand delivering Druckmann a completed replica of the craft, accompanied by a minifigure and synthwave sword.

Here’s the set in all of its glory:

And here’s a delightful photo of 2Bricks handing Druckmann with the precious cargo:

As he notes in the post’s description: “I had no idea that Neil Druckmann himself would want one! I had a great chat and I got to nerd out showing off all the little details I included!” Very cool!

While you probably won’t be able to get the hand delivered service, you can buy the instruction manual for Jordan’s ship on Rebrickable for $10. This includes information on all the pieces you’ll need, and explains in detail how to assemble the set.

The build requires 1,349 parts, with an estimated total cost of around $140, but that assumes you’re starting from scratch and have no pieces of LEGO lying around.

Either way, the final product looks superb, and if it’s good enough for Druckmann to display in his home office then it’s almost certainly good enough for you too.
