Officers from West Midlands’ Police’s Road Crime Team spotted the car on the M6 just outside of the city late last night (Thursday).
The car was stopped, and during a search, officers found a large amount of cash and suspected Class A drugs. Three men were arrested at the scene.
The men, aged between 25 and 31, are all currently in custody being questioned on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
The car was seized and the West Midlands Regional Organised Crime Unit (ROCU) is continuing to investigate.
A police spokesman said: “Under Operation Target, teams from West Midlands Police and ROCUĀ are working around the clock to take action against all forms of organised crime including the supply of drugs.”
