Smart watches have grown in popularity in recent years, and for good reason. Not only can they act as an extension of your smart phone but they can also provide valuable insights into your health and wellbeing.
The likes of the Apple Watch and Garmin offerings can set shoppers back several hundreds of pounds, but it’s possible to snag a bargain on a device that shares the same basic features without breaking the bank. One such device is currently on sale at Amazon, down to £19.99 from its usual £99.99.
Sold at Amazon, this device shares a similar design language to the Apple Watch with a square watch face and a scrolling crown button to the right hand side. Its 1.91″ screen size can get plenty bright, making it easy to view when outdoors.

In terms of features, it’s got all the necessities you’d want from a smart watch, including the ability to track over 100 workouts. It’s lacking GPS, which might be an issue for those who like to upload their runs and cycles to Strava, but all the important health data like heart rate is captured to review later.
That heart rate monitor can keep track of your ticker throughout the day too if you like. It also helps to track your sleep if you wear the device to bed, providing insights on how well rested you actually are.
In terms of battery life, expect this device to last up to a week of light use. It can also be charged back up to full in an hour and a half, which is great if you forget to keep it topped up throughout the week.

Alternatively, Samsung’s Fit3 is another popular choice that doesn’t break the bank at £33. I’ve also heard great things about the CMF by Nothing Watch Pro, which has all the same features as the Amazon watch but throws in GPS for good measure.
The Amazon smart watch has a perfect five-star score from its user reviews. “I’ve been using the Dyurwa Smart Watch for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed by how much it offers at such an affordable price. The 1.57″ HD display is bright, clear, and easy to navigate, even in direct sunlight,” reads one write-up.
A second customer adds: “Really nice elegant smart watch to add to my collection. Easy to use and looks really sleek on.” Meanwhile, a third writes: “Got this smartwatch I am genuinely happy with it .setup was simple and it synced with my phone without any issues.”
However, one customer did have some issues with the app the watch pairs with: “It’s not perfect (the app can be a bit clunky sometimes), but for what I need, it works great.”
Other than that, customers generally didn’t have anything else negative to say about the device.
