A fire in Cradley Heath sparked an ‘avoid the area warning’ in the early hours.
Flames engulfed a derelict shop in High Street at around 1.18am on Monday, July 14.
West Midlands Fire Service confirmed the blaze was now out and no-one was injured.

The fire service posted about the incident on X at 1.51am.
The post read: “We have four crews in attendance at High Street, Cradley Heath, where they have responded to a fire.
“Please avoid the area, where possible.”

A Staffordshire and West Midlands Fire Control spokesperson told BirminghamLive: “We got the first call at 1.18am, four crews attended.”
They said West Midlands Police had attended for traffic management purposes, adding that the fire was now out.
However at around 7am, crews were still carrying out checks at the scene.
