France head coach Fabien Galthie has made a further eight changes to his side for the final Test of their New Zealand tour in Hamilton this weekend.
The French boss has brought back many of the players that impressed in the opening clash, with Gael Fickou, Gabin Villiere, Mickael Guillard and Alexandre Fischer all starting on Saturday.
Galthie has also mixed it with some of the individuals who showed up well in the second All Blacks encounter with Leo Barre, Joshua Brennan and Baptiste Erdocio among those to retain their places.
Theo Attissogbe and Nicolas Depoortere also remain from last weekend and they are joined in the backline by fly-half Antoine Hastoy, who gets a first start of the tour after replacing Joris Segonds, and fellow playmaker Nolann Le Garrec.
Sizeable back-row
Up front, Guillard and Fischer return to the France XV as part of a loose trio which also contains Brennan, who has shifted from lock.
That has enabled Hugo Auradou to return to the second-row and he is partnered by Matthias Halagahu, with the Toulon powerhouse retaining his place.
The final two of the eight personnel changes occur in the front-row as the experienced Rabah Slimani takes his place at tighthead and Pierre Bourgarit is preferred to Gaetan Barlot at hooker.
Barlot has therefore dropped to the bench and he is joined by Paul Mallez and Demba Bamba – the talented tighthead getting his first runout in New Zealand this month.
Fellow forwards Romain Taofifenua, Killian Tixeront and Pierre Bochaton also feature among the replacements as France opt for a 6-2 split, but there is no place in the squad for the injured Cameron Woki.
Thibault Daubagna and Emilien Gailleton are the backline options for Galthie off the bench as they look to end a controversial tour on a high.
Having taken a severely understrength squad to the southern hemisphere, they have already lost the series following 31-27 and 43-17 defeats to the All Blacks.
However, after bringing together some of the better performing players from the two matches for this clash, Galthie will look to stun the hosts, who themselves have made significant alterations for the third Test.
