Prince Harry has been estranged from the Royal Family since his bombshell split with Meghan Markle in 2020 – and it’s now been claimed one member will never forgive him

This week, Prince Harry’s chances of reconciling with the Royal Family have come under intense scrutiny following revelations of a clandestine meeting between aides from both sides in London. The Duke of Sussex has been at odds with his family since his dramatic departure alongside Meghan Markle in 2020.
Harry levelled several allegations against the royals, notably in his memoir ‘Spare’, which hit shelves in January 2023. In the book, he made numerous assertions about various Royal Family members, including the Queen, and referred to Camilla more than 60 times, dubbing her “the Other Woman”.
He cast aspersions on the Queen for being “dangerous” and intentionally leaking disparaging stories to the media, claiming she “sacrificed him on her personal PR altar”.

Furthermore, he contemplated whether Camilla would turn into a “wicked stepmother” to him and William prior to her marriage to Charles , reports the Express.
In ‘Spare’, Harry recounted: “I recall wondering, right before the tea, if she’d be mean to me. If she’d be like all the wicked stepmothers in storybooks. But she wasn’t.”
Despite Harry’s recent overtures towards making amends, it has been suggested by a source that the Queen might still harbour resistance to forgiving him.
The insider conveyed to Closer Magazine: “Not everyone is keen on that idea, but Camilla is opposed to Harry making any sort of return, even for a friendly visit. She doesn’t want to come face to face with him, let alone show him any kind of forgiveness or mercy.”
They further stated: “It’s her belief that any interaction King Charles has with him is only going to be bad for his health and for the family as a whole. If Harry does get the invite back to the UK, he’d be wise to stay far away from Camilla.”
