A Hunstanton author is holding the launch of her latest novel today.
Gillian Harvey will be launching her latest novel ‘The Village Café in the Loire’ at By the Book in Hunstanton at 11am.
Harvey, whose books have sold over half a million copies in the past three years, moved to the area from her home in France in April 2024 with her husband and five children.

While her current novel is set in Loire, Gillian hopes that future books may well include a bit of Norfolk magic.
She said: “There is so much here to inspire my writing: the sea, the countryside and of course the wonderful community around Hunstanton. Watch this space.”
The launch will take place at 11am where the author will be signing books, carrying out a reading of her new work and chatting with customers. Everyone is welcome.
