A missing person appeal to find a woman last seen in Lisburn is continuing on Sunday.
Yesterday, PSNI said they were becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of missing person Gillian Shields, who was last seen at her home address on Saturday morning. She has not been in contact with her family since.
Police shared two photos of Gillian alongside the initial appeal, but have since issued a third photo, and said Gillian may have travelled out of Lisburn.

“We are still concerned as to the current whereabouts of Gillian Shields who was last seen in the Lisburn area on 19/07/25,” a spokesperson said.
“Gillian may have travelled out of the Lisburn area. There is an update to clothing that Gillian is now wearing following the earlier social media post which is attached below.

“If anyone has any information on her whereabouts please contact PSNI on 101 or 999 in an emergency quoting serial #518 19/07/25.”
