The streets of Belfast will soon be awash with the colours of the rainbow as the city’s annual Pride festivities begin.
It’s 34 years since the first event in 1991 — nine years after homosexuality was decriminalised in Northern Ireland in 1982, 15 years after it had been decriminalised in England and Wales.
