Could Prince Harry Face the Same Fate As the Abdicated King?

According to a royal expert, Prince Harry has a very slim window of opportunity if he so desires to regain some form of footing with the Royal Family. If King Charles dies, then his chances will not be looking so good.

In fact, there’s a good chance he might be banned from royal events, and – this would certainly be the stuff nightmares for the Sussexes – he and his lovely wife, and perhaps children, could lose their titles.

Oh the horror. So if Harry says he wants to reconcile with his father because he doesn’t know how long he’s got left, this might just be what he means.

Imagine becoming just Harry. That would be a story worth telling.

Prince Harry Needs To Behave If He Wants To Make Peace With Family

This year has been a particularly royal clash-free one. And I say a royal clash-free one knowing that most of the assaults were hauled by the parties in Montecito. Whichever case, they’ve been pretty silent on that head this year.

In fact, this year has been so calm that Harry’s reconciliation with his family is now not something that’s on the cards, but something that could soon become a reality.

Following the peace summit, royal biographer Tom Bower revealed that while the conditions are set for a reconciliation, Harry may need to move fast to secure it before his father King Charles passes.

“Whether they’ll meet again in Charles’s lifetime depends on how long Charles lives,” Bower told The Mirror, adding, “I couldn’t say never because I’m sure Charles wants to meet his son, but so much depends on how Harry behaves.”

If he is unable to make peace with his father before Prince William’s accession, then his life could start to look a whole lot different.

“Harry is seriously worried that when his father dies one day, William will literally banish him and he will have no status in Britain at all…He will be persona non grata,” Bower said.

Expert Says Royal Aides Refuse To Grant Prince Harry Access To His Father

King Charles’ ongoing battle with cancer is said to have probably made Harry aware of how much time he does not have. Even though he’s now on the side of making peace, Bower revealed that it’s not in his court to make the first move.

“Harry needs a meeting with Charles to show he is part of the Royal Family and to establish his credibility in Britain,” Tom said. “But as long as the Palace won’t give him access to Charles, he can’t take the first step. They suspect that the moment he meets Charles, he will use it to establish his credibility, because that’s what he desperately needs, and that’s also why he’s kept away.”
