Samara Weaving is back on screen in the upcoming heist thriller Eenie Meanie for 20th Century Studios, and the film has received an “R” rating from the MPA this week.

Eenie Meanie starring Samara Weaving is rated “R” for “violence/bloody images, pervasive language, nudity, some sexual material and brief drug use.”

The violent thriller will premiere August 22 on Hulu.

Karl Glusman (Watcher) will star alongside Samara Weaving in Eenie Meanie. Shawn Simmons (“Wayne”) directed the film, and Simmons also wrote the screenplay.

“The film follows a former teenage getaway driver who is dragged back into her unsavory past when a former employer offers her a chance to save the life of her chronically unreliable ex-boyfriend.”

Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (Zombieland, Deadpool) are producing.

A favorite in the horror world, Samara Weaving has a handful of projects headed our way soon, also including sequel Ready or Not: Here I Come and remake Over Your Dead Body.
