A new Thai restaurant is set to open at Cabot Circus this summer.
Signs for a brand new location of Thai Express are already up on a top floor unit at the shopping destination in the centre of Bristol, between Nandos and Slim Chickens.
Confirming that a new Thai Express Kitchen will be opening ‘Summer 2025’, the signage also features a QR code passers by can scan to get a 50 per cent off voucher.
According to its website, Thai Express is described as being ‘the leading Thai quick-service restaurant in the UK’.
The brand says: “Using only traditional family recipes and the freshest available produce, Thaï Express serves up punchy, flavourful Thaï cuisine, cooked only by our specially trained Wok chefs.

Following the opening of the first Thai Express in 2012, its current locations include sites in Croydon, Guildford, Edinburgh, Leicester, Nottingham, Wembley’s BoxPark, Birmingham, and Thurrock.
Dishes on the menu include a vast array of soups, noodles, rice, sides, drinks, and even a special kids meal menu.
Dishes are ranked using symbols known as the ‘spicy girls’ to let you know how spicy they are, and there are also gluten free and vegetarian options available.
The brand says: “Our cooking sauce is made with gluten free soya. Also, we use rice noodles for our Pad Thai and Pad Sew, which contain no wheat.
“All of our curries are also gluten free. Gluten free proteins include: Prawns, Chicken and Vegetables.
“Our vegetarian sauces are made free of any chicken broth or fish sauce. All vegetarian dishes can be made without egg.
“Also, we use a completely meat free cooking process. Vegetarian proteins include: Vegetables and Tofu.”
