A man who stole a games console and bank cards from a property in Horfield was caught on camera, and now police are trying to identify him.

The burglary took place last month, sometime overnight between March 11 and 12, at a flat on Filton Avenue in Horfield.

The homeowner was not home at the time, and later alerted police after unauthorised transactions appeared on their account.

Officers have carried out house-to-house, forensic, and CCTV investigations, but as of yet have been unable to identify the man.

They have now released this CCTV image in an appeal to find out who he is.

The suspected burglar has been described as a white man, in his 30s, wearing a dark-coloured cap, a blue hooded jacket with “fur” trim, and dark-coloured jogging bottoms and trainers.

Anyone who recognises him, or has any other information about the break-in, is asked to call 101 and give the reference 5225073548.
