Mokoko, an independent bakery and café, will launch its new store at The Hangar, a redeveloped community hub in Hangar 16U at Brabazon in Filton.
Hangar 16U, built in 1915 and once used for aircraft assembly and maintenance, is now being transformed into a social venue.
Sarah Ballinger, managing director of Mokoko Bakery, said: “We’re incredibly excited to be part of what’s happening at Brabazon.
“It is a bold new neighbourhood, centred around people and community, which is the perfect fit for us at Mokoko.
“Our bakeries are built for connection, a place where people meet up to enjoy time together.”
The bakery will serve freshly baked Viennoiserie, sourdough bread, sandwiches and cakes.
It will feature a terrace overlooking Brabazon Park and is expected to open around the New Year.
Mokoko is the second retail partner announced at Brabazon, following the recent confirmation of a new Waitrose.
