King Charles has been slammed over a Lionesses post after fans spotted Michelle Agyemang was “missing” from the photo. The King has been blasted by fans of the England women’s team ahead of the Euro 2025 final versus Spain this weekend.
The Royal Family shared: “A message from The King to Sarina Wiegman, the mighty @Lionesses and all in their support team, following their success in this evening’s Women’s Euros semi-final.”
But one fan replied on Twitter/X said: “Where is Agyemang?” A second said: “Why was Michelle Agyemang excluded from the photo in your statement to the England women’s team?”

“Michelle Agyemang?,” a third said. “Nice message but shame Michelle Agyemang isn’t on the pic,” a Twitter/X user said.
And another sniped: “Let’s not photoshop in Michelle Agyemang who along with Chloe Kelly secured our place in the semi-final and then the final. Classy family.” Another chimed in to say: “Following their semi-final success… where’s Michelle Agyemang?”
“Why isn’t Michelle Agyemang in this picture?” another asked. “Where is Michelle? I think you need to update your photo,” another commented.
The Royal Family’s message read: “My wife and I join all our family in wishing you, the proud Lionesses, our warmest congratulations on reaching the final of the U.E.F.A EURO tournament. Your journey to this stage has been nothing short of remarkable, showcasing the skill, determination (and test of nerve!) for which your team is so rightly celebrated.
“Knowing the Lionesses’ fighting spirit, I suspect we are in for another thrilling encounter on Sunday.
“Your achievements continue to inspire countless girls and women across the nation, proving once again that with dedication and teamwork, anything is possible.
“Good luck, England. May you roar to victory once more.” It comes as England face Spain – a repeat of the World Cup final two years ago – tomorrow night in Basel.
