Compared to a Net Income of ₹3.13 crores in Q4FY25, the company reported a Net Income of ₹62.16 crores in Q1FY26, a growth of 19-fold. The issue was provided in a 1:15 ratio—one right equity share for every 15 fully paid-up Equity Shares held on the record date of June 7, 2024. The issue was listed on BSE on June 30, 2024, and got oversubscribed by 1.16 times by the end of the bidding period, with a total bid quantity received by BSE of 3,87,59,398 shares. Proceeds from the issue were used for working capital requirements, general corporate purposes and issue expenses.
